The Snapshots topic is where you can find all the snapshots related to the current object. A snapshot is a document that contains information about an object, captured at a specific point in the object's lifecycle. Depending on how your administrator has configured it, snapshots are either created automatically, upon approval of an object, or manually by a user. If the Create link is disabled for this topic, then your administrator has not turned on the ability for users to create snapshots manually.
